Hi Chuck,
You piqued my interest on the ROM machine. I am curious as to how has it worked for you. How long have you had it? And, how does it compare with the typical workouts (treadmill etc)? It is so expensive that I am trying to justify even thinking about it (LOL).
Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I didn't know where this post belongs. Apologies if it's in the wrong place.

Shiva, About 5 or more years.I believe that it lives up to the hype and gives a great workout.Very aerobic, good strength and muscle work and a great stretch. In theory, and I feel that the theory is valid,a ROM engages 80 % of your muscle, whereas a treadmill etc. only 20%.This is why a 4 minute workout is all you need, and more importantly all you can take or at least want.
The downside is that the 4 minutes on the ROM is grueling and very intense. The biggest risk is that you simply quit using it because of the intensity.I overcame that because of the guilt associated with the cost and the pure efficiency. Four minutes in the morning and I am done,no excuses about not having time etc.I absolutely love mine, but it is probably not for everyone. This is not a pleasant workout, but effective and efficient.Think hard about your will,if you get my drift. | Chuck, thanks for the reply. I will go ahead and request their DVD and go from there. I just wish there was a gym with this machine nearby so I can find out for myself. |
