I just watched the latest webinar, again. This was the first time I watched "all the way" to the end of the last part. If you haven't done so, it is a SCREAM! For those of you who watched it live, you will remember that Todd's mike fell off and he stepped off camera to fix it at one point. The audio on the live feed was not great, so althouth you could hear some noise, it just sounded like reattaching a mike.

When you now look at the "tape" version, the sound is much clearer. Someone (Scott??) has added some "commentary" as well. If you need a laugh, do yourself a favor and watch the very end - FUNNY!!!

great show. i think if we do the 1.5 drill you will get the feeling of the hips moving, and the knee flex with the front leg.if you actually start your transition before you get to the top this is the drill to practice. thanks john
