I have two pair of Foot Joy Golf Shoes. My oldest pair, two years old, came apart with the sole separating from the shoe. The golf pro at my club sent the shoes to Foot Joy and they replaced them with a new pair and no questiopns asked. First class company as far as I'm concerned.

I love Foot Joy shoes as well, but I had a different experience. I sent in a pair that leaked after one year, they had a two year waterproof warantee, but they would not fix them, just sent them back, and said nothing. I still buy them, love the fit, but service for me was bad this time anyway.
