I have to second El TD. I have a SM Speedcart and some accesories. I ordered a replacement brake cable and received it in 3 days, no charge. Same with the insulated cooler bag that slings under the cart.

Great service, prompt and the quality is super. First class all the way.

Curt:

That's good to hear. My wal-mart pull cart bit the dust a few days ago, I knew it was going to croak so I ordered a sun mountain which should arrive tomorrow.

Now all I need is to figure out how to get goose crap out of those treaded tires ... we have a flock of the honkers that took up residence at our course. Beautiful birds, not so nice droppings

I will also Jump on the Sun Mountain Bandwagon. I have been using their bags exclusively for years and have never had a problem with the product or the service. Now about the Speed Cart. How cool is this thing? It rolls so easy it's like having a caddy. The umbrella holder is perfect for keeeping you and your bag dry. And if you leave the break on it won't follow you into ponds. That umbrella gizmo makes for a good sunshade this time of year, too.

My friends continue to razz me about all the stuff I keep pulling out of my 'Batbelt'.

No kidding about rolling true...straighter than some shots, I'll confess.

Mine arrived yesterday and went to the course with it. Really effortless to push, the makers thought of almost everything. First class in every way.

I will however, second the notion that you need to use the brake at all times. While playing the regulation course, I passed a hole on the par 3 where someone had neglected to replace the flagstick. Being a good sportsman and all that, I decided to replace it so the next person would know where to hit. My sun mountain was on a SLIGHT downgrade at the time. By the time I replaced the flag, my clubs had almost made it across the street. That could have been an expensive mistake.

SUN MOUNTAIN BACKS THEIR PRODUCTS.
I just had the brake cable break on my 3 year old Sun Mountain speed cart. I called customer service, to order a new one. I never mentioned any disatisfaction, as I used it quite a bit and considered it normal wear and tear.

Sun Mountain is sending me a new cable kit free of charge and even appologized that it broke. Amazing to see in these times.
