Hi Tim, this is the first time I'm writing to you. I've been working on the SA swing on my own for two years---with the first two DVDs of the Seven Principles series, your training club, impact bag and a binder
full of printed info from past etips and your website, etc. I am
compelled to write because I'm amazed and overjoyed that everything is
finally coming together because of the Perfect Drill / PVC Drill from
the Etip in the last newsletter (and online). I'm very pleased and
excited about my swing. Keep promoting that drill!

One suggestion because it works for me: I've been using a 5' length of
3/4" galvanized pipe with a squash/tennis overgrip wrapped around the
middle. The weight feels similar to a club, the grip feels similar to
a
golf grip, and the diameter is pretty much the same as my oversize
grips
(I believe mine are larger than you recommend, especially considering
my
small hands, but it works well for me).
