I'm in Bellingham and president of our men's club at Lake Padden. If you keep your handicap at another club you can belong to our men's club for $25 and get a chance to enter our tournaments. It would be great to have a bunch of Graves/NG/single-axis golfers playing our tournaments.
If you want to get and keep a USGA handicap then we charge $50.
I played over the weend and did not get any mud on my new white golf shoes.
Lake Padden is in excellent shape.
Our first tournament is March 11 -- free breakfast and a shotgun start at 9 am. If you don't have a handicap, bring five scorecards and we'll get you going.

Good to hear there are some around these parts. Not sure what you're shedule is like but I have tues , wed , thurs off usually. Homestead and Lake Padden are great too.
