Hey all,

Wanted to let everyone know that Tim will be teeing off on Thursday @ 1:50pm on the Shenendoah course for the 1st round, and 8:50am on the Atunyote Course for the second round.

Here's a link to the website for the tourney:

Best of luck to Tim from the Academy staff!

If anyone wants to have a ride from Albany,NY on Friday leaving about 6:15/6:30am to the course send me a private message or call me on my cell at 518-221-1331. I'll have room for 3 in the vehicle. We can schedule a meeting place. Also, I have a calander card so if anyone want to play in the afternoon I'll make that available.

Two courses that are on the card are the Sand Stone a par 3 type with no foregiveness according to a friend. either you make the green or fairway or dig for another ball. The other course is Kayutah(?) which if you search on google (you can google on turning stone casino and there is is dropdown for the golf courses) will find is not easy either. From the tips its 7100 yards and slope of 146 - that's what they say.

Let's get a rooting section for Tim!

Stan G.

You know...if someone were to video Tim's round, some of us might be willing to compensate that person for a copy...just a thought.

Schedule doesn't work for me. Bummer, I wanted to come root for him on thursday, but early plane flights the next morning don't mix with late tee times and 3+1/2 hour drive home.

Anyway, all the best and we'll be looking for you on the leaderboard, big guy

On the path - not always on the fairway

I counted over 300 players, where does Tim need to finish to qualify for the PGA?

Trying to keep up with how Tim is fairing via the tournament website. It appears the "Live score provided by UNYSIS" is very much dead! Tim tee'd off at 1:50pm on hole one finished with a double and then the updates stopped! Has there been a weather delay or is the scoring system busted? Anyone know anything?

Guess they just updated the scorecard.

Tim is -2 through 8, T15. He started with a double and has made 4 birdies since.
